For years, Molino Magri has been producing special flours for bread, pastry and pizza.

The flours produced are obtained by processing selected common wheat and from 1994, with increasingly more specific requests from our customers, this has allowed us to perfect the following special product lines:

  • PANEPLUS: traditional flours, semi-processed and improvers for bread making
  • PIZZAPLUS: specific flours, semi-processed and improvers for pizza
  • DOLCEPLUS: specific flours, semi-processed and improvers for pastry
  • NUCLEOPLUS: concentrated semi-processed for all uses
  • BENESSERE line - 400 and 500g packs in modified atmosphere for the consumer
  • BENESSERE chef line - one KILO packs for catering professionals in modified atmosphere
  • Italia, QuiVicino, MantoGrano supply chain - 100% Italian wheat, sourced in Lombardy, and the area of Mantua to promote increasingly more sustainable and zero-mile local products
