Since 1929 we have been producing flours, semi-finished and semi-finished concentrated products for bakery, pizzeria, pastry


In May 1999, MOLINO MAGRI obtained the quality system certification compliant with the UNI EN ISO 9002, including the HACCP system, and, in September 2002, with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 standards.
From December 2011 other certifications have been added: the BRC certification (British Retail Consortium), recognizing the high quality of the packaging, and the IFS certification (International Food Standard), confirming product safety.  Finally, in 2012 MAGRI’s flours became KOSHER certified and the company obtained the common wheat organic flours and KHORASAN recognition.

    The whole company operates according to internationally recognized standards throughout its main procedures:

    • choice of raw materials;
    • hygiene and health matters in the production process and storage (in compliance with HACCP rules);
    • packaging and transport of the finished products;
    • quality control and assurance thanks to a laboratory equipped with the most advanced analysis tools specific for the sector;
    • customer and after sale service.
